I want to do more handwriting How can I improve my penmanship? See also the penmanship situation.

• I want to get faster than with my current print writing
• while staying legible
• also it should be fun and pretty with fountain pens and nice ink

Cursive

• conjured up my forgotten cursive skills
• after some practice I enjoy it
• if you get it right, it is a smooth & rhythmic flow
• almost meditative, you can do it in sync with music
• seems faster even without a lot of practice
• although I didn’t time it (yet)
• definitiely much more smooth than lifting the pen after every letter
• most promising base scripts to base on for smoother writing seems SAS
• but I’m mostly fine with my script, I think, practice is king
